R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., jas/jv 2.The second petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced death certificate and legal heir ship certificate of Late P.Subbaraj as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2. A publication has been made regarding the above claim and no objections have been received. 3.In view of the same, this original petition is ordered and the Succession Certificate shall be issued in favour of the first petitioner wife of the deceased P.Subbaraj.
