The petitioners who are sons and daughter of the deceased S.Nagarajan seek succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of S.Nagarajan, died intestate on 22.02.2018.

2. The first petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1 and he has produced the Death Certificate of deceased S.Nagarajan. Ex.P2 is the Death Certificate of N.Sundarambal who is the mother of the petitioners. The Legal Heir ship Certificate has been marked as Ex.P3. It is seen from Ex.P2, N.Sundarambal pre-deceased Nagarajan on 28.12.2016. Publication has been effected and no objections have been received.

3. Considering the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the first petitioner. 03.07.2019 vum http://www.judis.nic.in
