O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Award dated 20.04.2016 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal in A.C.P.No.(EF/CAR)45/2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that the first respondent undertakes not to execute the Award passed by the Arbitrator in A.C.P.No.(EF/CAR)45/2015 against the petitioner herein and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as under:

"The 1st Respondent undertakes not to execute the Award against the Petitioner alone."

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Original Petition is allowed, insofar as the Petitioner is concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected Application Nos.9723 and 9725 of 2018 are closed.
