The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of Late A.Ramaswamy, who died intestate on 11.04.2002.

2. The petitioners 1 and 2 are the children of the deceased A.Ramaswamy, the third petitioner is the husband of the predeceased daughter(Son-in-law) and the petitioners 4 and 5 are the grand children of the deceased A.Ramaswamy through his predeceased daughter. The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate of the deceased A.Ramaswamy, which has been marked as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate has been marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of the wife of A.Ramaswamy, Mrs.Sugantha Ramaswamy has been marked as Ex.P3 and the death certificate of the daughter Mrs.Rama Jagannath has been marked as Ex.P4. The petitioners 1,3,4 and 5 have filed their consent affidavits signifying their consent for grant of succession certificate in favour of the second petitioner. The consent affidavits have been marked as Exs.P7 to P10. Publication has been made and no objections have been received. http://www.judis.nic.in
