would submit that the order dated 17.03.2017 passed in W.P. No.30764 of 2015 to pass an order of approval in favour of the petitioner has been duly complied with and a suitable direction has also been issued to the Chief Educational Officer, Nagercoil to take all steps to pay the salary to the petitioner from the date of joining of the petitioner namely, 12.08.1988. He would further submit that within a period of four weeks, the District Educational Officer, Nagercoil will ensure the payment of salary to the petitioner, failing which, the petitioner will be entitled to get the interest at the rate of 12% per annum. 2.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
