When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Govt.Pleader appearing for the second respondent have submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Principal Secretary to Government, Government of Tamil Nadu, School Education Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 in Letter No.18307/Pa.Ka.6(1)/2015-9 dated 20.12.2018, to that effect.
