Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the Petitioner with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule in the petition.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of her mother S.Vasantha @ Vasantha Sivaraman R.S.

2. The petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Vasantha @ Vasantha Sivaraman R.S. as Ex.P1 and photocopy of the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased S.Vasantha @ Vasantha https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sivaraman R.S. The photocopies of the share certificates

have been filed as Ex.P3. Publication has been effected and no objections have been received.

3. considering the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
