OP.No.956 of 2019 M.SUNDAR.J., Mr.T.V.Ramanujam, learned Senior counsel instructed by Mr.C.Jagadish, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.K.Mylsamy, learned counsel for both the respondents are before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for respondents submitted that respondents have filed a separate petition qua the same award dated 22.08.2019, which is sought to be set aside in the instant OP. Learned counsel submits that the same will be processed and brought on board by next listing. Learned counsel for both sides agreed to have the main OPs heard out in the next listing.
