OP No.951 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioner seeks Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of her deceased daughter Ms.Susan Alexander, who died on 04.04.2018.

2. The petitioner has been examined herself as P.W.1. She has produced the Death Certificate and the Legal Heirship Certificate of the deceased Ms.Susan Alexander, as Exs.P1 and P2. The Death Certificate of the husband of the petitioner/ father of the deceased Susan Alexander, Mr.A.M. Alexander, has been produced as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased Ms.Susan Alexander. Though a publication has been made regarding the claim, no objections have been received.

3. Considering the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed and issuing a Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner in respect of the estate of her deceased daughter Ms.Susan Alexander.
