Original petition Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that Succession Certificate may be granted to the first Petitioner viz., Nainmall Rikhabchand with power to collect securities and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and to negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate for the securities held by the deceased Rikhabchand, who died intestate on 18.03.2014.

2. Tmt.Shanthi Bai, wife of Rikhabchand pre-deceased on 12.02.2000. The petitioners are the children of the deceased Rikhabchand. The 1st petitioner is examined as PW1, he has produced the death certificate of Rikhabchand as Ex.P1 and his legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. The petitioners 2 to 6 have filed consent affidavits expressing their consent for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner. The affidavits have been marked as Ex.P4 to Ex.P8. Publication has also been effected and no objection have been received.

3. In view of the same this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the Securities mentioned in the Schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner.
