No.38 of 2011 A.No.3126 of 2022 in O.P.No.38 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., On earlier occasion, viz., 06.12.2021, this Court, condoned the delay of 1643 days in filing the application to restore the O.P.No.38 of 2011 and this is a consequential application to restore the O.P.No.38 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though the name of the respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents either-in-person or through learned counsel.

3. Considering the fact that the present petition is to restore the O.P.No.38 of 2011, which is a consequential application to A.No.7034 of 2017, wherein the delay of 1643 days in filing the present application has already been condoned, this Court is inclined to allow the present application and the same is hereby allowed and O.P.No.38 of 2011 is restored.
