O.P.No.893 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., The petitioners who are the wife and children of the deceased R.V.Viswanathan seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by him.

2. The said R.V.Viswanathan died intestate on 12.01.1990. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of R.V.Viswanathan as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased R.V.Viswanathan. In the light of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 3rd petitioner.
