Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to the petitioner therefore prays that a succession certificate may be granted to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive interest, dividends thereon, negotiate and transder the securities specified in the schedule hereto.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased V.K.Balasubramanyam, who died on 31.05.2012.

2. The first petitioner is the wife of and the petitioners 2 to 5 are the children of the deceased V.K.Balasubramanyam.

The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the original death certificate of the deceased V.K.Balasubramanyam and the same has been marked as Ex.P1. Ex.P2 is the copy of the legal heirship certificate, a perusal of the same shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased V.K.Balasubramanyam. Publication has also been made and no objection has been received.

3. Considering the evidence on record, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
