ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order dated 04.01.2018 passed in W.P. No. 34307 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor produced a copy of the proceedings in Spl.Regr.76/2015/M2 dated 30.04.2019 under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court.

3.In view of the above, we are satisfied with the compliance made by the contemnor. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
