This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to make a local inspection of Schedule A of the suit property, morefully described in the accompanying Judges Summons, to estimate the damages to the building and structure, with the help of a qualified Engineer/Architect and to take further steps as per the directions of this Court either to protect the existing structure and furniture as they now exist or to remove the same, so that the loss/damage to the lives, person and properties of the neighbours and by passers could be avoided.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

3. This application was filed in the year 2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till this date. This Suit is posted for arguments.
