JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated August 17, 2015 made in O.S.No. 44 of 2013 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri. 2.

Ms.S.Sri Devi, learned Counsel for the appellant and Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are before this Court.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.S.Sri Devi, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal Suit and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. Scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:-
