Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act praying to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience and flouted the orders of this Court in Crl.OP.No.24231 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017, even after having the knowledge of Court and also prosecute the respondent for giving false report before this Court even after stating that the accused had committed offence under IPC 165 for my contempt notice.

O R D E R

It is seen that the petitioner had earlier filed a Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.722 of 2018, which came to be closed by this Court on 29.06.2018, on the ground that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 20.03.2018. The present Contempt Petition is also for the same cause of action.

2. The closure of the complaint may not amount to willful disobedience of the order of this Court and as such, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
