It is seen that the petitioner had earlier filed a Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.722 of 2018, which came to be closed by this Court on 29.06.2018, on the ground that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 20.03.2018. The present Contempt Petition is also for the same cause of action.
2. The closure of the complaint may not amount to willful disobedience of the order of this Court and as such, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
