O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2017 in W.P.No.12027 of 2014, passed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, on behalf of the respondent, a communication dated 30.11.2018 in e/f/vz;/g/gp/3/ngh/228/7010/2018, has been produced, in which, it is stated that the name of the petitioner's son has been included in the seniority list for being considered for compassionate appointment. According to the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, as and when his turn comes, his employment would be considered.

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this contempt petition for the present and the same is closed.
