1. Sumaiya Shafi ...Petitioners W/o.Late Shafi Hussain, aged about 41 years, residing at No.16, Thillai Nayagam 6th Street, Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 011.

2. Mr.A.M.Syed Nawaz Hussain, S/o.Late Shafi Hussain, aged about 22 years, residing at No.16, Thillai Nayagam 6th Street, Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 011.

3. Miss S.Nafeesa Minor daughter of late Shafi Hussain, aged about 17 years, residing at No.16, Thillai Nayagam 6th Street, Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 011.

..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners with power to collect the securities and receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer he securities and specified in the schedule in the petition.

The Petitioners, who are the wife, son and daughter of the deceased seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of the deceased A.M.Shafi Hussain.

The first petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate of Late A.M.Shafi Hussain as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A perusal of the Ex.p2 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Shafi Hussain, being his wife son and daughter.

3. In view of the said evidence, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the Petitioners.
