Comp.A.No.603 of 2018 Comp.A.No.603 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application is filed to permit the learned Official Liquidator to take action in furtherance of the intimated to be received from the police authorities.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who is appearing for the Inspector of Police would submit that he filed a report stating that the vehicle is not available. However, it was further submitted that the Inspector of Police had filed the undetectable report before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the orders are yet to be passed.
3. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that if the nontraceable certificate is issued, based on the same, he can make his insurance claim. He further submitted that the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and since it is a Government vehicle, the learned Magistrate may order for further investigation. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
