Mr.Rajkumar Jalu, S/o.Late Ramdev Jalu Both residing at Flat No.9, Meenu Apartments, 37, Barnaby Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010 ..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a succession certificaete may be granted in favour of the 1st petitioner with the power to collect the securities and to receive interest, dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities as listed out in Annexure-A as specified in the Schedule in the petition. This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the estate of the deceased Vijayalakshmi Jaju https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ who died intestate on 08.07.2010.

2. The 1st petitioner is the daughter and the 2nd petitioner is the husband of the said Vijayalakshmi Jaju. The 1st petitioner has examined herself as PW1. She has produced the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of Mrs.Vijayalakshmi Jaju as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased Vijayalakshmi Jaju. Necessary publications have also been made and no objections have been received. The 2nd petitioner has filed consent affidavit expressing his consent for grant of Succession Certificate in the name of the 1st petitioner.

4. Considering the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner.
