The remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner of Rs.1,00,000/- supposed to be paid by the defendant, but he has not paid. Therefore, this Court has directed the plaintiff to pay the said amount and recovered it from the defendant.

2. Accordingly, the plaintiff has paid the balance sum of Rs.1,00,000/- payable to the Advocate Commissioner with memo for payment and acknowledge of the receipt of the payment is filed. The same is taken on record. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
