ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs sought permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequenlty, connected applications are also closed.
