This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilfully disobeying the order dated 26.10.2017 passed in W.P.No.27148 of 2017.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the contempt petitioner is running a movable Bunk shop and that he has shifted the same 200 meters away from the present place.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the same may be recorded and the Contempt Petition may be closed.

Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter, as no contempt is said to have been committed by the Respondents herein. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
