2.The petitioner is the only daughter of the testator. The husband of the testator Mr.Dilip Jetwani was divorced and he predeceased the testator. The petitioner has been examined as PW1 and she has produced the death certificate of the testator as Ex.P.1. The Original Will has been produced as Ex.P.2. R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay Hemdev has been examined as PW2. He has spoken about the execution of the Will by the testator and its attestation by him and the other attesting witness Deepaklal.
