However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was posted on 05.08.2022. Hence, the matter was listed on 05.08.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. On 05.08.2022 and 10.08.2022 when the matter was called up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, for further orders, the matter was listed before the Court. Even today (29.08.2022), when the matter is called up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
