3.Mrs.Anju Puri, female 64 Years W/o.Mr.Ravi Puri PJ, 504, Purva Panorama Apartments Bannerghatta Road Bengaluru - 560 076 Karnataka.

Original petition Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a succession certificate may be granted to the 1st petitioner with powers to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased Sushma Sarin, who died intestate on 13.11.1996.

2. The petitioners are the children of the deceased. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced and the same has been marked as Ex.P2. The petitioners 2 and 3 have filed consent affidavits expressing their consent for grant of Letters of Administration in favour of the 1st petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the Securities mentioned in the Schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner.
