ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 22.09.2017, made in W.P.No.34361 of 2014, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the first respondent/Principal Secretary to Government, G.O.(Pa).No.448, dated 30.11.2018.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
