ORDER

The order dated 25.10.2017 passed in W.P.No.26068 of 2017 directing the respondents to forward the proposal relating to the retiral benefits of the petitioner to the authorities concerned has been complied with. The copy of the proceedings dated 16.11.2018 passed by the District Collector, Krishnagiri to the Principal Accountant General (AE), Chennai has been placed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

That correspondence shows that the pension proposal has been sent with a request to admit the pension/gratuity and commuted value of pension application and necessary authorization for the payment of pension, gratuity and commuted value of pension to be issued to all concerned.

2. Placing on record the proceedings dated 16.11.2018, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, Sub Application No.640 of 2018 is also closed.
