A.No.7347 of 2018 in O.P.No.204 of 2016 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., It is seen from the typed-set filed by the Applicant in A.No.7347 of 2018 that he had engaged the services of a detective agency called Detective International to spy on his wife's activities and movements. The detective agency had taken photographs of the wife along with the child without their knowledge. 2.Hence, the registry is directed to issue notice to the said detective agency namely, Detective International having its office at 9-A, Whites Road, 2nd Floor, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014, requiring them to appear before this Court on 14.06.2019, to explain as to under what legal authority they spied on people and took photographs of subjects without their knowledge. Notice shall be issued immediately.

3.Call the matter on 14.06.2019.
