PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt Act to punish the second respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34113 of 2013 dated 22.09.2017.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.1015 to 1019 of 2019, wherein the operative portion found in para 24 of the order in W.P.No.34113 of 2013 passed by this Court, has been stayed.

2. In view of the interim order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court, the Contempt Petition cannot be entertained at present and therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
