The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 31.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2595 of 2014, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition in W.P.No.2595 of 2014, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent college dated 18.07.2013, based on the University Grants Commission Regulations, within a period

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
