It is stated that, pursuant to the orders of the Writ Court, the respondents have considered the petitioner's representation and had rejected her request through an order dated 12.11.2018. The petitioner submits that she has also challenged the rejection order through a fresh writ petition. 2.As such, the disobedience alleged in the present Contempt Petition, cannot be termed as willful. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
