/ 2 / Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint employee of the Applicant viz.Mr.Ajayan K N, Legal Executive as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or his men, agents, servants from his premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

By order dated 11.12.2018, this Court had appointed one Mr.Ajayan K.N. Legal Executive as Receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle could not be secured and sought for extension of time for execution of order by the Receiver and submitted that further time of three weeks may be granted to repossess the vehicle and application may be closed.

3. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order granting power to repossess the vehicle shall automatically stand cancelled.
