6915523 to 6915722 Rs.10-00 1,32,000/- Total 1,32,000 This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities left behind by the deceased M.V.Ravikumar, who died on 05.08.2015.

2. The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of the deceased M.V.Ravikumar as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively. A perusal of the Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners alone are the legal heirs of M.V.Ravikumar and the parents of the deceased Ravikumar predeceased him. The petitioners 1 and 3 have expressed their no objection for grant of succession certificate in the name of the second petitioner.

3. Considering the said evidence, this application is allowed directing to issue succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the second petitioner.
