2. This Court heard the submission of Mr.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for 1st respondent / contemnor and Mr.K.Soundararajan, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

3. In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
