PRAYER: This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act,1971 praying to punish the respondent for their wilful and intentional disobedience to the order of this Court dated 14.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.21363 of 2013.

The prayer sought for in this Contempt petition is to punish the respondent for their wilful and intentional disobedience to the order of this Court dated 14.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.21363 of 2013.
