O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.2666 of 2018, dated 21.02.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate reports that pursuant to the order of this Court and subsequent representation by the petitioner's Association combined proposal of constructing drainage as well as compound wall has been forwarded to the Government for sanctioning a sum of Rs.15,00,00,000/-. As soon as the money allotted by the Government, the constructing work will be started.

2. Recording the same, this contempt petition is disposed of.
