The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of securities standing in the name of late K.S.Anand, who died on 10.02.1995.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the only son of his parents. His mother/wife of late K.S.Anand passed away on 28.09.2017. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of his father K.S.Anand, who died on 10.02.1995 as Ex.P1 and the death certificate of his mother M.Saradha, who died on 28.09.2017 as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased K.S.Anand and M.Saradha have been produced as Ex.P2 and Ex.P4.

3. From the above documents, it is seen that the petitioner is the only heir of the deceased K.S.Anand and M.Saradha and as such he is entitled for Succession Certificate in respect of securities standing in the name of deceased K.S.Anand.
