Application No.7450 of 2018 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA ,J.

By order, dated 12.12.2018, this Court appointed Mr.S.Mouna Swamynathan, as Advocate Commissioner, to seize and possess the vehicle in question.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicle, today it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the asset has been seized and handed over to the applicant company by the Advocate Commissioner. Subsequently, the amount outstanding as on date has been paid by the respondent and hence, the asset was handed over to the respondent by the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant would also confirm that proceedings for arbitration in connection with the transaction relating to the aforesaid asset have been concluded and an award has been passed favouring the applicant on 14.12.2018. The statement is recorded.

3. Though the respondent has been served and his name printed in the cause list, none appears on his behalf. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. A Memo dated 22.03.2019 has been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner seeking additional remuneration for the efforts undertaken by him in this regard. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

5. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this application and the same stands closed. The parties are free to take such action, as they may desire hereafter, in accordance with law. srn 03.06.2019 Application No.7450 of 2018 http://www.judis.nic.in
