O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7202 of 2012 dated 22.03.2012 has not been complied with.

2. In the said Writ Petition, this Court, directed the respondent-Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2012, for measuring the land of 60 cents pertaining to transfer of patta and pass orders after affording opportunity to the petitioner and others if any.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request was already rejected by the Tahsildar as early as on 21.05.2012 and therefore, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy against the said proceedings.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no such proceedings was communicated to the petitioner so far.

5. In any event, as the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7202 of 2012 dated 22.03.2012 has been complied with, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the said proceedings dated 21.05.2012, it is for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Thus, this Contempt Petition is closed,

by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy as against the proceedings dated 21.05.2012 in the manner known to law.
