The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by deceased G.Hari, who died intestate on 18.09.2015.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased G.Hari. The petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1 and has produced the death certificate of deceased G.Hari as Ex.P1 and Legal Heirship Certificate as http://www.judis.nic.in Ex.P2.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., tta From the Ex.P2, it is seen that the petitioner alone is the only Legal Heir of the deceased G.Hari. It is also stated therein the parents of the deceased had predeceased him.
