The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1448 of 2018 dated 19.01.2018.

appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1448 of 2018, dated 19.01.2018, had been complied with and a case was also registered in FIR.No.747 of 2018.
