Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the Petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule. The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Late P.V.Lakshminarayanan, who died on 06.01.2018.

2. The 1st petitioner is the wife and the 2nd petitioner is the daughter of the deceased. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2. From Ex.P2, it is seen that the petitioners are alone the legal heirs of the deceased P.V.Lakshminarayanan.

3. In view of the same, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
