petitioner with a power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule hereto. This Original petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing and the court made the following Order : The Petitioners seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by one R.Srinivasan Who died intestate on 05.09.2017.

2. The 1st Petitioner is the wife, petitioners 2 to 4 are sons and the 5th petitioner is the daughter of the deceased Srinivasan. The 4th Petitioner has been examine as PW1 and he has produced the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased Srinivsan as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2. From Ex.P2 it is seen that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Srinivasan. The other petitioners viz., petitioners 1,2, 3 and 5 have filed consent affidavits expressing their consent for grant Sd/- R.S.M.J.
