This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for violating the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP No.28724 of 2017 dated 21.12.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order of this Court dated 21.12.2017 has been complied with

and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 12.03.2018.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he choses to do so.
