Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader informed this Court that the writ appeal made in W.A.No.2698 of 2018, filed against the order made in W.P.No.33964 of 2013 was allowed by the the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 11.01.2019. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this contempt petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
