This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following order: When the matter is taken up for hearing on 10.01.2019, there was no representation for the applicant. Hence the matter was directed to be listed on 24.1.2019. Again on 24.1.2019, there was no representation for the applicant, hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 28.01.2019. Even today, when the matter was called there is no representation for the applicant. Therefore, this application is dismissed for default.
