Learned Official Liquidator seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application as the learned Official Liquidator had already handedover the vacant possession to landlord as per the directions of this Court dated 27.03.2018 in C.A.No.228 of 2018 in C.P.No.123 of 2013 and he filed a memo to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions and memo filed by the learned Official Liquidator, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.Post the Comp.A.No.709 of 2017 in C.P.No.123 of 2013 on 24.02.2023.
