In view of the interim order granted by the learned Division Bench in Cont.A.No.11 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 extending the interim stay granted on 25.11.2022 until further orders, the question of re-opening the present contempt case does not arise. Hence, the Sub Application is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps after disposal of the contempt appeal/Letters Patent Appeal.
